  • Go to the main window of your Chrome browser.
  • Select the section that says “Gmail“. This is located at the top right of the screen.
  • When you start the official Gmail page, click on “Create an Account”
  • Fill out the form that will be displayed on the screen
  • You must be sure that your username does not already exit, because if isomeone else has it, Google will not allow you to use it. How do I know if the name I want is taken? Well if that name is already in use Google will show you a message that says “The username I want to use is not available” and you will simply have to choose another one.
  • Read the privacy terms. If you agree with everything, select the option “I Agree”
  • As a security measure, Google will send a verification code to the number you entered (in one of the steps you will be asked to give a cell number for this). Once you receive the message enter the code in the empty text field and then click “Continue”
  • After these steps your Gmail account will be successfully created, and you will be sent to the inbox.
  • Now you are ready to use your Gmail account and enjoy all its tools.
